LTDTC is proud to participate in the AKC's STAR Puppy Program

Next Evaluation Night:

AKC Canine Good Citizen Test (CGC)

Date: Tuesday, March 13, 2012 7:15pm, at the Odeum
Non-Members: $10 fee + $5 for a patch if successful.
Members: Free with Free patch.
Bring a leash, slip or buckle collar, and comb or brush.
Sign-up at the Registrar's table.Check the AKC website to insure your dog is ready to take the test.

LTDTC Registration

LTDTC Class Registration Registration Steps:
1. Select a class.
2. Complete the form below and electronically submit form to Registrar.
3. Download the Health Certificate and have your Veterinarian fill it out and sign it.
4. Mail class enrollment fee to Registrar; payable to L.T.D.T.C.; please indicate class level on memo line (see address below).

Please Note: You must be invited to become a member which occurs after training for 5, 8 week(40) sessions with our organization.

Confirmation of class registration will only be given upon receipt of your check. Please note that classes fill quickly. Registration forms and payments should be submitted promptly to ensure your placement in class.
